By the way the first link is actually the client side of xsmod 8 and the second link is the server side of xsmod 7.
I already have a working xsmod 7 server but I played so much xsmod 8 in the old times that I'd love to have it and I cannot find it anywhere.
In the beginning there was only one xsmod 8 server (the xs' server ofcourse) and then there were 2 server, the xs and the cky.
On the community website it is explicitly stated that the server files of XSMod 8 are PRIVATE and the use of the models is prohibited; to play you only need the client XSmod-8.0-client.pk3 (plus the optional AddonPack).
