One thing that I do want to bring up is your use of the wrong hook in the CSS. You used a ID selector when you should have a class. The id for CSS is for unique elements. Classes can be used multiple times on a single page. A good rule of thumb is;
Each element can have only one ID
Each page can have only one element with that ID
Can have multiple on a single page
Because of that, using a class can be used. With classes, you can use multiple classes in a single element. You can see that on line 94 of my edits.
<div class=\"tabella aligncenter\">
right there you can see that I am using both of the CSS hooks that are in the script. Just need to separate the two CSS hooks with a space. I also removed your tables that you had for the footer for the credits and put it into a div and used inline styling so its easier to copy and past into other scripts.
Note: Over on RavenNuke, there are some that claim that inline styling is bad. After researching and actually having the privilage to chat with a Developer of HTML/CSS coding, they even said that they are full of shit. It's in there just for the reason of easily copy & paste if you need to and not calling on a CSS file.
A few other things I felt that was necessary to bring up.
having the default of the top 20 is a bit too much, it stretches quite long. maybe do 3/5 by default or set it up so if it is something like top 20, you do two columns, left and a right column so it will make it only 10 deep and cut it in half.
Right now, as is, this looks good on a fixed width theme, but on a full width theme, looks a bit empty. Only small sections off to the left and completely empty on the right. May want to work on something that looks good on both or make one for fix width themes and one for full width.
That's all I can think of ATM. Just a couple of suggestions.
